Academic point of view major difference between MBA & PGDM is PGDM is a diploma program provided by the institutes which are autonomous by administration, syllabus, exam and many other related attributes. While MBA is a post graduate degree recognized and affiliated with a university.

PGDM programs attract more students with the major quality attributes like up to date approach, flexibility with syllabus and industry significance.MBA programs provide opportunity to extent studies after MBA and certification from UGC affiliated universities.
