Question :Hi, I am working in reputed organization as an executive. What are the challenges that I need to face after to make my way up to manager level.

As you are already working as an executive in reputed firm . I would suggest you to go for perticular course pertaining to your job. If you can do that then with the proper experience and the knowledge that you have. You will definately get promoted or if you will switch also ,you might get good position there with respectable salary.
