Placements form an ever critical part of an institute's prestige because their brand value is reflected in its placement record.

  Understanding the prominence given by students to placement records while choosing a B-School, siliconindia extends its legacy of the 4th edition of "What if not IIMs" B-Schools Survey India 2013 and presents to you the "Best B Schools in Bangalore 2013, Placements Survey " .

Methodology

  The survey was based on the placement records of 2011-2012. We worked ingeniously with data provided by institutions, partner hiring companies, recruitment firms and job boards. A factual ranking entails data that is submitted by B-schools on a variety of questions based on placements. The questionnaire prepared was based on our past experiences, and after an in-depth consideration and consultation with eminent Directors/ Deans of Management Institutes, recruiters and alumni of B-Schools. The questionnaire carried only one primary parameter, the placement record of 2011-2012 passed out batch of a particular college.

We sincerely hope that our efforts and toils to create this comprehensive ranking of B-Schools will help the student community to broaden their horizons and grasp opportunities beyond the IIMs.
