Newcomer is actually very receptive toward learning. So, if a newcomer joins any organisation, he/she will give their best effort to learn the perticular stream in which they are working. There would be some problem , which might occur . New comer should not panic in this kind of situation. He/She should be ready to face the difficulties that migh arise. If they can tackle these difficulties. They will definately grow in life.
