Is any thing else we need have to study as a must to become a professional web developer?

There are many other applications, languages and programs that can help you become a better and more qualified web developer. However they are not absolutely necessary. For example learning ajax, xml, rss, flash and so on will enable you to do even more than this course will. The new aspects in the upcoming html 5 will also enable you to do much more with code you will know once through with this course. I could list many more languages and programs but I think I have made my point here :)
