Bangalore: Mission10X, a not-for-profit trust created by Wipro Limited, has launched Advanced Academic Leadership Workshop in collaboration with Harvard Business School Publishing. Mission10X announced its Academic Leadership Program as one of the main initiatives in its second phase on September 5th 2010. The program aims to facilitate principals of engineering colleges to enhance their leadership skills and develop them as institution builders who can make a significant difference to all the stakeholders in engineering education.
The program is designed as three progressive levels of workshops, and includes instructor-led training as well as e-learning. During this process of leadership development, principals will enhance their capabilities in strategic thinking, vision building, skills and competency development.
Mission10X has partnered with Harvard Business School Publishing, in developing the Mission10X Academic Leadership Program. Harvard Business School Publishing (HBSP) is a not-for-profit subsidiary of Harvard University and works on extending the reach of Harvard Business School, serving as a bridge between academia and organizations. HBSP publishes content for three primary markets Individual Managers, Corporate Learning and Higher Education.
