Bangalore: The Indian School Of Business, Hyderabad announced an increase of 200 seats in its flagship postgraduate programme (PGP) in management, in addition to the business school’s first campus outside Hyderabad, in Mohali, Punjab.

The class size of the incoming batch for PGP will increase from 570 to 770 and will be delivered across the two campuses. ISB will be conducting admissions information sessions in Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Baroda, Mysore and other cities across the country. The sessions are an opportunity for aspirants to have one-on-one interactions with ISB's senior management and alumni to get their queries answered. Now in its 10th year, ISB will have the Mohali campus operational from April 2012 and have its flagship Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) delivered across the two locations.

The Chief Minister of Punjab, Sardar Parkash Singh Badal laid the foundation stone for the new campus of ISB in Mohali. ISB’s belief in achieving scale to affect a better impact on business and society is the reason for the addition of a new campus.

The ISB university grounds at Mohali will house four institutes that focus on areas significant to India’s progress, viz.

* Max India Institute of Healthcare Management
* Bharti Institute of Public Policy
* BML Munjal Hero Honda Institute of Manufacturing Excellence and Innovation
* Punj Lloyd Institute of Physical Infrastructure Management

These institutes are being set up with generous contributions from the founding supporters of the ISB campus at Mohali to further research and tutoring in the relevant areas.
