IGNOU announces OPENMAT-XXX exam dates

Bangalore: The Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi announces OPENMAT-XXX exam dates. The entrance exam is to be held on Sunday, 21 August, 2011 all over the country.
The university will be admitting students for Master of business administration (MBA); diploma in management; post graduate diploma in management; post graduate diploma in human resource management (PGDHRM); post graduate diploma in financial management (PGDFM); post graduate diploma in operations management (PGDOM); post graduate diploma in marketing management (PGDMM)through the entrance exam.
The programmes will have multi-media design and technology aided delivery systems that are offered through countrywide network of study centers.
The admissions for the above degree/diploma in management will start from January 2012 and July 2012.
Admission to the MBA, Diploma in Management, PGDIM and Post Graduate Diplomas in HRM, FM, OM, and MM, will be done on the base of the score obtained in the OPENMAT, conducted all over India. The candidates who have successfully cleared the entrance test for admission into Management Programme conducted by institutions like CAT, MAT and State level tests need not write the OPENMAT.
