ASBM Institute of BBA celebrates Annual Day “SCINTILLA-2012”

With the rapid growth of liberalization & globalisation, Quality management education has become the need of the hour. Talented human capital will come only when an institution would come forward for imparting quality education. Attending the 3rd Annual function ceremony of ASBM Institute of BBA, ‘Scintilla-2012’, as the chief guest, Hon’ble Minister, Revenue and Disaster Management and Information & Public Relations, Shri Surjya Narayan Patro said this :‘The endeavour of ASBM in this regard is praiseworthy and I hope this institution will go a long way in providing studies to the aspirants’, he added.
The Founder and Chairman of ASBM, Prof. Biswajeet Pattanayak in his erudite speech highlighted the successful completion of five years of the ASBM Institute of BBA. He said that the BBA students have proved mettle in literary and cultural activities including two students who secured 6th and 8th position in the last University exams. Presenting the Annual report, Principal of ASBM Institute of BBA, Prof. Hemant Kumar Panda congratulated the young minds who have channelized their creative urge in various activities.

While Sri B.K Dasadhikari- Senior Regional Manager of CEAT LTD attended the function as the Guest of Eminence, Sri Rajen Padhi, Director of Seagold Overseas Pvt. LTD was the Guest of Honour of the programme. The literary magazine of the institute, ‘Samadhan’ was launched on the occasion. Winners of competitions like quiz, painting, essay, debate, extempore, song, dance, mimicry were awarded with trophies and certificates with Barsha Aggarwal receiving the Champion’s trophy. Vote of thanks was proposed by the institute’s senior lecturer, Mr. NK Agasti. The function was attended by the faculty and students of ASBM.
