Accreditation by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), equivalence of PGDM to MBA by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), ranked among the best B-schools in India, awards by major business school academies, are a further testimony to the quality education being imparted at FIIB.
COURSE STRUCTURE
The redrawn curriculum of FIIB is contemporary and futuristic in its design and delivery. Given their industry experience, the delivery of the specialized curriculum by the erudite faculty is unique and well rounded. The institute revises and upgrades its curriculum every year, to incorporate the ever-changing needs of the industry and business, in consultation with the faculty, practitioners and its alumni.
The possible specialization options at FIIB include: Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, International Trade and Operations, Information Technology and Operations Management.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERION
General Candidates -- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent (10+2+3) with minimum 50% marks or equivalent in any discipline from an AICTE/UGC/AIU recognized University is required of all candidates. The applicants in the program are required to take either the Common Admission Test (CAT) or the Management Aptitude Test (MAT).
Company Sponsored -- The eligibility is the same as above. Additionally, a certificate from the sponsoring organization is required to be attached to the application form.
Overseas Applicants -- Graduates from any Foreign recognized University/ Institute with a good command over English are eligible. The applicant is required to take the GMAT (Graduate Management Aptitude Test) with a preferred minimum score of 600.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
Candidates short-listed on the basis of above criterion will be called for a Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI) for final selection. Final selection is on the basis of test score, performance in the GD/PI, academic performance, work experience, etc.
