About Vivekananda Degree College, Bangalore Vivekananda Degree College was established in 1982 and is affiliated to Bangalore University. Vivekananda Degree College was adjudged as 'the 4th Best College in Bangalore', by the survey conducted by the National English Weekly 'India Today' in 2003. The campus is located in the heart of the city and is about 5 km from Bangalore City Railway Station and Bus Stand. The college runs several degree courses in Electronics, Computer Science, Arts, Science, Commerce and Management. It also runs post-graduate courses in Economics and Business Administration. The college has got 100% Results in MBA and 95% in BA Course.The results in other courses are also good.The faculty members are well qualified, experienced and motivated. Eighteen faculty members hold Ph.D. degree and Twelve faculty members hold M.Phil degree and do research for Ph.D. degree. Prof. M.Govindaiah is the Principal of Vivekananda Degree College....
