Bhilai Institute of Technology’s entire approach to management education is to create managers with cutting-edge leaderships skills and sound knowledge base through effective teaching-learning, training, research, consultancy and networking in the field of management in the most effective manner. To provide for and promote education and training in various fields of management and allied disciplines, to assist organizations in problem-solving and improving their functioning, to carry out conceptual and applied research in fields relevant to regional development and to interact with industries and institutions to further the management movement and thus facilitate regional development.
TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL
The Institute has a full-fledged Training & Placement Cell headed by a full time Training & Placement Officer and backed by a Professor In-charge. The Cell is assisted by Student Coordinators who lead a team of Training & Placement representatives from various courses of study. The Training & Placement Cell ensures and takes care to provide the best arrangements and hospitality for the visiting companies' officials. BIT has emerged as a hub in the state for organizing campus interviews of leading companies of the country. TCS has accredited BIT with C* for placement activities.
