Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I comes from a middle class family from Bihar.All of us are setteled now and they are doing well in there domain.Setteled in different parts of India and enjoying work as well as life at respective places with our families.
The Journey So Far:
My journey in the corporate world was interesting as well as challanging too.I started my carrier in Pharmaceutical sales and then after spedning almost 6 years there I changed my domain from Pharma sales to Logistics and Supply chain.In this field I started as Branch Manager and now I am DGM.
Career Profile:
I am responsible for a opeartions and business management functions in my organisation.I am also responsible for vendor management.Earlier I was responsible for small domain of SCM but now I am taking care for bigger role for different client.
Working Life Management:
Sometimes once you reach at certain level it is a bit difficult to maintain balance in personal and professional life.But now I have learned to at least manage my life and tries to maintain the level.
Job Profile:
My job profile is to manage the Supply Chain operations as well as business management functions in my organisation.I am also responsible for vendor management.I am playing the role of a Supply Chain Manager as well as managing the entire gamut of Supply Chain.
Done Differently:
I will start by doing the things differently which I could not do in my current role or which I might have missed by ignorance or by default.
Growth Strategy:
I will continue leading from the front and also keeps on delegating the roles and responsibilities.To show more involvement and give new ideas to grow the organisation.Will keep on developing myself by acquiring new skill sets.
Role Model:
My role model is Late Prime Minister Mrs Indira Gandhi beacuse of her strong attitude and her quality of problem solving.In current corporate world it is very prudent to have such qualities.
