In my current role i am responsible for Provides leadership and strategic plan for managing the resource requirements of the organization.
The Journey So Far:
I can't define in words , it was amazing journey till date.. from consulting to corporate exposure... I have started my career New Era india consultancy - delhi Joined as AM-Resourcing, promoted as Account Manager then Business Head and finally to GM- Recruitment & Training with in span of 4 years,was responsible for recruitment & executive search for domains like BFSI (Banking ,Insurance,NBFC) & All Non IT Company in 2008 hv joined HSBC one the leading MNC bank.get a chance to learn Cross functional HR domain like Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition Development, Sourcing & Recruitment, Management Interaction, Counselling, and Relationship Management Finally i hv joined ABG group as Head - TA with the agenda of setting up there NBFC and Infra Vertical... that was the turning point of my career...to understand the corporate and business in depth... still i feel i hv to learn alot...the journey is ON
