My achievements
I have some achievements too...

1. I'm happy that I came second in the educational district level in my HSC.

2. I'm happy that I had been rewarded by many private and public agenices on my rank on HSC.

3. I'm proud that I passed out "FIRST CLASS WITH DISTINCTION" in my UG Engineering Degree.

4. Though, all the above items are geeky, I had put my best efforts so I did achieve.

5. I was going around in extra-curricular activities also; was awarded second in poetry writing in my native language. and the funny part is,I went to attend essay competition and I turned out to attend poetry competition and won an award and that too at district level.

5. In a technical contest conducted at PSG Tech, Coimbatore, my team came second state level.

6. I achieved something because I tried.Hadn't I tried, I would not have achieved. So,my request or may be, advice is just to try.Who knows what would turn out to be.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
In my view (would like to be a bit candid), education system in India is not up to the expectations.

Any education system will cease to exist, if it has no practical applications.

So, there is a deep gap between what students know and what they use. Unless and until this gap is understood and filled by relative means, it remains as a GAP, isn't it? What's the fun in learning something which we don't use.

So, practical-oriented real-time system, not theory-oriented system should come up. Education-friendly system should be endorsed instead of book-friendly system. Students are not pressuried in studying rather carrying books in their bags.

If Govt. sets up a panel comprising members of varied institutions across the country, we probably, shall optimise our education system.
Couple of years from now
With reference to my career graph, I have grown from a Contract level person to Management level person. So, I'm determined that I can do what I think I should do rather, I wish to do.

I would see myself leading a company in a couple of years from now.
My family background
I don't want to get too personal. So, I shall give a gist. My dad, began his life as a store owner to become a Supervisor in an exporting company in Tirupur. He is too simple, moral, humble, help-tendering and a respectful human.

When I started earning, he was asked to retire from his duties so that he shall get bit relieved from his 30 years tiring service.

My mom is a home-keeper. Though she did complete only SSLC, I suppose, she gives a feeling that she has a degree in Home - Keeping from IIM. Like every typical indian mother, she is so motherly, pious, spiritual, helping and the best cook I ever saw.

I have two brothers. They are my best friends, I should say. I share everything with them. I'm happy for this and I'm grateful to the almighty.
Degree that I recommend
Being a person on the up-rising, I recommend an MBA in Project Management. I wish I pursued. Who knows? I might in near future.
Ensuring success
1. Keeping abreast of the technology.
2. Understanding the pre-requisites of growth and sticking to it.
3. Improvising writing and speaking skills in English.

Simple as above.
My role model
I don't have one Role Model, but many, throughout my walks of life.

During my childhood, I wanted to speak & be bold like my class teacher, Mr. Jerald.

In my college days, I wanted to be a leader in interpersonal skills like my senior, Mr. Rajendran, who is now in the USA.

Throughout my life, I wanted to be passionate, calm and honest like my dad.

In my career, I wanted to be sound, humble & remain-focused like my company's Director, Mr.Krishnasarma.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
To be a successful leader, one should have high interactive & interpersonal skills, undoubtful knowledge in domain he works, good sense of humor, confidence and faith in his team.
Important lesson learned
Yes, I would like to share an important lesson I have learned in my life.

1. Before speaking, listen to what is being said.
2. Live life like everything is temporary.
3. To lessen the influence of something bad, move away from that concerned environment.
4. Discover an alternative and keep in your hand, it shall be used to vent your pressure. E.x. listening to music, etc.
More about myself
I feel only relevant and justifying questions are being asked.
Important decision
Choosing organizations, because your career shape depends on where you begin. And many more personal stuffs. I don't feel I should share that.
