To exceed in the current portfolio and provide strategic and economical solutions to customers, pertaining to the electric power industry.India is a growing electric power industry with the generation of around 50,000 MW power in major states like J&K,Punjab ,Haryana and other parts of Northern-eastern region. Proper planning and utilization of the resources is lacking in major industries and thermal plants. In house mapping and presentation related to the new art of technology need to be imparted to bring best out of the optimization of resources. Providing strategic and new art technology solutions to customers in optimizing the power at minimal cost is a challenging job.Planning to set up a consultancy to customers in the field of electric power and help them in generation of electric power from recycling.

Electric power sector is the booming sector and addition of new technology and different methods of generating power is a major concern.Due to scarcity of natural resources, Solar energy will play a major role in the upcoming years.Generating electric power through solar energy will change the face of power industry.

My important career decision
Along with mainstream marketing, my understanding of the functionality of Panel builders/OEMS, made me venture into the channel business. Imparting the knowledge of OEMs scattered business in the market, in our customer mapping and marketing is a great value-add to customers.
My role model
Ratan Tata:- His name needs no introduction. His working style and business ethics speaks a lot about TATA as a group, The working ethics and vision of TATA inspires me a lot. During his tenure, TATA industries has an exceptional growth. Acquisition of Tetley tea, Jaguar,and introduction of NANO was inspiring stories to follow. TATA as a group defines business for common masses as well keeping in mind the growth of economy as well as the society.
My achievement
Not yet, i am still growing in the field and have a long way to go. Previously was part of Teach India movement and want to start my own NGO for females to provide them education and make them independent.Want to help orphanages as well to impart the best of knowledge to them.
Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'
We (Schneider electric infrastructure limited) have a R&D center in India and lots of research activities are conducted in the field of power sector.Since we are working in a MNC, lots of money is invested in R&D mainly outside India because of better environmental and other government clearance features. India is a huge pool of talent , however due to lack of infrastructure and government support, company generally prefers to go abroad since the money involved is huge and patent laws are very stringent in India.
Making job easier
Being in the field of Marketing that too into service domain, properly planning and mapping of the customer is very important.Prioritizing the key potential customers based on the database and mapping them into segments help in smooth execution of the job.
Challenges faced in job
Response time:- Services require instant response time and matching up the timelines is always challenging. Attending the customer calls is very important in sales and marketing and responding to customer promptly is what exactly is required.Keeping customer confidence intact is important and providing them the speedy solution is the only mantra to keep your work going smoothly.In today's scenario Service is the major concern and prompt reply and providing solution for solving the issue is very important and critical.
