Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

We are small nuclear Middle class family. Me, My parents, elder sister and younger borther.

Role Model

When I was working in Call Centre industry as a Call centre agent , I was looking at our department head. That Person have konwledge of Technical and Managerial skills. who inspired me to become a B.B.A and at the same time I put my interest in MCSA and RHCE.

Plans for the Future

Working with a reputed company as a Sr. systems Engineer for project management with ITIL practioner, MCITP and CISCO qualificatin achived.

Current and Previous Responsibilities

As a systems Engineer I am responsible fof systems operations and performance.
before that I was Call center Agent for which I was responsible to answer all queries of customer at satisfactory lavel.
