Dr K Suryanarayanan has his MA and Ph D in Industrial Psychology from University of Kerala, followed by a professional up-gradation in the form of a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD New Delhi
In 1995 he was awarded the prestigious - British Chevening Scholarship to complete a course on “Strategic Management” from Manchester Business School - U K. and since then Dr. specializes on Strategic HR Management and Change Management

Family Background
I have been brought up with middle class values with heavy focus on education. My wife is a professional, an Electronics Engineer, working as Scientist with one of the leading research and application Institutes under Govt. of India and contributing significantly in the area of defense research and development.
My only son is a state level merit holder in 12th standard, has his engineering degree from Mumbai and MS from University of Wisconsin, Madison (US) and now employed with Microsoft at their Head quarters in US.
