Brief description about me
He has the uncommon experience of hearing shots fired in anger at numerous times at varied locations. A rare combination of a soldier who has experienced hand-to-hand combat and narrates it well. A muddy boot soldier who was commissioned in Assam Regiment with a unique service experience of 20 years with the most wonderful soldiers the world can boast of-the boys from Northeast India. His Combat career started with Srilanka fighting the Tigers in their terrain, moving through snow clad mountains, hot arid deserts, virgin jungles and torrential rivers. A graduate of Defence Services Staff College, Wellington and an MBA from Symbiosis he has had an unique tenure with the elite Black cat Commando, National Security Guard. Post his retirement he has served with the Tata Group, Axis Bank and the British Petroleum before starting his own enterprise of Security Services.
My family background
From a middle class service background family from the industrial town of Durgapur in WB. Brought up in a boarding in Dehradun, served through the country and finally settled in Kolkata after 46 years. My both sons are pursuing their third year in BBA at Kolkata and wife Lalita is a homemaker.
Initiative to develop a country
Change themselves, develop themselves, improve own habits and attitude towards life before pointing finger and correcting others.

Patience, lead from front, perseverance and a quick decision maker

Never waste food; a million hungry mouths sleep everyday without a meal

Joining the armed forces early and retiring early. This gave me the impetus to start my business in my specialised field early
