Company Profile
Backed up with Board of Directorate, with more than 20 Years of experience in Abu Dhabi, Alchemy Human Resources Consultancy was established in the Year 2007.  Alchemy Human Resources Consultancy offers the complete HR Solutions like Recruitment, Manpower Management and Mentoring Services to the clients in UAE and other parts of the World. Currently Alchemy Human Resources has  two offices in Abu Dhabi & two Branch offices in India with plans to expand rapidly in GCC and various parts of India.
Addressing Risks
Uncertainties of the Market, lots of Perceptional Changes & motivating the internal resources were few of the risks involved/faced by us.  But our determination & Commitment towards what we are doing & why we were doing it, gave us the solutions for all the issues we faced.
Mistakes encountered
Three Big lessons learnt were:•Unknown is a ocean & known is only a drop.•Growth begins when we are moving towards the uncomfortable Zone.•Being a mechanic to the organizational Vehicle.

My Role
During the initial setup of the company, I just had a seed of thought in my mind.  After the legal approval, I looked in for infrastructure, internal resources, sustaining the resources, Client Development etc.  Now we coach our team in these aspects, so that they become entrepreneur of themselves, thereby taking a model of Service Leadership with a Care & grow approach towards our employees.
