program running problem

i am trying to create my first java program but at the end when i try to compile the program i got an error message.is anyone who can help me through this?

gthe error was this: 'javac' is not recognised as an internal or external command , operable program batch file. I send the screenshot to the email address you provided me

There specifically mentioned in the video section that how to run the program and also in text tutorial section 2 and 3.
