problems in installation of ccs

I tried installing the CCS, but after setting the configuration when i try to exit, a dialog box pop up asking to restart. if i give restart it would fail waiting for Setup window to shut down and if i then exit it would close with error msg. Now if try to open the shortcut link. it doesn't work. Even if i exit from setup window without restarting the shortcut link seems not working.someone please help me with it.
