print html tags on the page

How can I display html tags on webpage. for example I want <h1>....</h1> on the webpage the way it is with the < and > brackets. Normally it gets interpreted

I used <h1>Hello </h1&gt which also solves the problems. BTW I got to know one more tag which is helpful. Many Thanks.

Hi Bikash

Any tag you want to display on webpage, just put it in the <xmp> tag.

<xmp>
<h1>
hello
</h1>
</xmp>

I hope it solves your problem.
