I explored the website http://www.keywordspy.com/ but I am not able to locate the link within keyword spy which gives us monthly word (It is available only in country wise) and not for whole world. Can you help.

you can find country specific KEI(according to our target country) for the keyword analysis point of view.After the selecting country name put the keyword that you want to see under the keyword spy tool and find the KEI.As of now there is no any free keyword tool that will give you global search(there is few tools but they will offer only trial version).Let me know if you have any doubt.
