how the CSS properties dependent on each other .sometime they don't behave in a way they are supposed to do,is their any logical way to develop web pages.so that our designing become easier.or is their experience factor involve..

Hi Neeraj, its really a good question. At SiliconIndia we are teaching you through the most toughest and traditional way of HTML and CSS pagecreation, ie writing the code using notepad, the very simple reason for this is, we want our students to learn how exactly the code is written. To answer your question there are HTML editors like Dreamweaver, Front page etc. You can make use of it to make your work easier. Once you master writing codes using notepad it will become very easy for you to use the HTML editors.
So right now there is no easy way :-) Once you learn it, you will find it very easy. Experience also play a big role, that comes only by consistent practice.
