HTML Font Style

Hi,

I have a doubt about the HTML Font Style. what is the difference between bold and strong? Both works the same. Also for typewriter, strong and Pre-formatted it has to be written in CAPS only?

<b> is font-style tags and <strong> is phrase tags.
