HTML Final Assignment

I am about to attempt the final assignment for HTML. The links given (to be conv to HTML) are that of 3 images. Is it possible to get those images, the page banner and those other images as separate jpeg files? If not, is it ok that we crop/cut them in other applications and use them as images for the page? Would that reduce our grade in the assignment?

Yes you could crop/cut with other applications and use in assignment. No reductions in mark or grade as far as I have experienced.
