How to move on to CSS

Hi I just submitted my final assignment.
I wish to move on to the CSS component of the course.
But I am not allowed to.

Please help.

Hi

you dint finish 2 assignments
1.Create a basic webpage using tables
2. Create a HTML file with: Drop down menu (6 items), 4 check boxes, 2 radio buttons, 5 text fields

After finishing you can take test.
