Final Assgnment

Hi,
I am completing the final assignment in HTML.
But facing some problem in this.
1)how to set background images for "Heading" ?
2)how to keep the content(Paragraphs)at top of the table?
3)hoe to keep the equal alignment in a table left part and right part paragraphs?
4)suppose some images are not responding, even put source id properly, how to resolve it?
i want to complete my HTML immediately.pls help me out.
