doubt abt traffic

i have a doubt .a news paper ,that r in so many languages and they had many websites having the same news.but now google only pick the main site only and the other sites didnt had much traffic.what can i do 2 increase the traffic on other site having the same news

try submitting links in different search engine, create blogs for them..

I think either the other websites are not optimized (on-page factors) or one thing that you can do is submission of those other website link to related regional categories and website directories so that they get cached quickly by Google.

Equal promotion is necessary for all the website. try interlinking of the websites.
