If you have successfully completed the CSS class, you could easily design a website. For more advanced designing of websites, you could use tools such as Adobe's Photoshop, which includes advanced tools such as pen tool and some other tools are there, making curves, perspective views etc. Better you learn the CSS first. Then step into advanced topics.
