Confusion about the assignment in PHP Section first text tutorial

In the PHP section the first chapter (Install PHP 5 Apache MySQL on Windows using WampServer) there is written No Assignments, but when i have read the text tutorial there is a get assignment button at the end of that chapter. What should i do sir, should i take the assignment in the first text tutorial.
