Chapter 3 QTP IE crashing

Hello,
I am trying to do Chapter 3 QTP. When I tried to load Objet Repository Manager, what you mean by "a. In the Mercury Tours Web site Welcome page, click the title to bring it into focus."????.. what should I do to get focus of the welcome page? could you please more specific? I am not from S/W and trying to understand..


Another thing is frequently IE is getting crashed! Is it because of the program or is there something wrong?
