Assignment Evaluation

I was expecting an excellent in my last assignment "Create a html page containing 5 height and width properties". The design was original, unique and i had put in a great effort. There must be a proper evaluation so that the students don't get discouraged and lose interest in future assignments.

The criteria we keep in mind is:
We won't consider the capability of other students and compare with them. We evaluate according to the caliber of an individual. Your previous assignments had more quality. So what do you expect us to give? Excellent? We know you can do much better and we want you to live upto or beyond your caliber.
