about style and design of web page-3 of last assignment

i think i have loaded all the images.
if it is not seen there please mention clearly.

Another thing is that
I cannot understand in which color or style page3 is designed.it is not tought in html course also.So please give a hints.So that i can know and design the same as well as better web page
