Problem in Installing CCS

I tried installing the CCS, but after setting the configuration when i try to exit, a dialog box pop up asking to restart. if i give restart it would fail waiting for Setup window to shut down and if i then exit it would close with error msg. Now if try to open the shortcut link. it doesn't work. Even if i exit from setup window without restarting the shortcut link seems not working.
Can somebody help me out?

its seems CCS is not install properly on your system.
remove it from control panel and try to install it again but make sure no another program like antivirus should be enable during installation.
try it out it will work else let me know.
