Our Vision
VAMNICOM is conceived as an intellectual nerve centre for the co-operative movement. It caters to management development through training, education, research and consultancy needs of various co-operative organisations, government departments and other national bodies.
Our Mission
The mission of VAMNICOM is to facilitate building cadres of professional managers to man key positions in the ever growing number of co-operatives through management development, training, education, research and consultancy.

Selection Procedure:
i) The selection to PGDM-ABM Programme is based on Entrance Test comprising of
a) Written Test score of CAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA / CMAT;
b) Group Discussion &
c) Personal Interview and securing of minimum cut-off marks decided by the Institute.
Placement
The Institute’s placement activities are co-ordinated by the committee comprising elected student representatives and faculty member as the Placement Coordinator. It takes up the role of facilitator between potential employers and students. The committee also makes pitches to new companies and makes them aware of the rapid developments happening in the Institute. Guest lectures and Industry Interface Sessions are hosted by the Committee. All communication regarding Summer and Executive recruitment is routed through the Placement Committee. The Institute has achived 100% placement of students since the inception of the Programme.
