NBA Students also undergo Global Immersion Program which enhances student’s global engagement by providing global awareness, a holistic approach to world history, promoting a global perspective, introducing critical global issues affecting globalization, encouraging cross-cultural awareness, and envisioning alternative, expanded perspectives.
The Students Success Factor Cell mentors students in preparing them for a practical life by moulding and guiding them to reach their destination that is their “GOAL”. It not only refers to training in communication, body language, postures, eye contact etc. but the overall development of a person’s thinking & the perception. These training sessions emphasize a personalized approach where every student is counselled and groomed individually. Work ethic, attitude, communication skills, emotional intelligence and a whole host of other personal attributes are crucial for successful career and life.
NBA also incorporates student development modules as part of the learning experience to improve study skills, information handling skills, business English and cultural sensitization.
