Managerial Excellence Resource Centre (MERC) is one such institute who is in the process of doing the same.

MERC has been incorporated by committed professionals in the area of business education who are alumnus of reputed business schools and have work experience of over 20 years each.

The Career Resource Cell (Placement Cell) plays an important role in shaping the careers of students by honing the skills, development of the right attitude and assimilation of the right knowledge by way of structured learning's thereby helping them for summer internships and for executive placements. CRC has been successful in attracting many companies for recruitment in a short span of two years of its existence. CRC is headed by Prof. C. L Ghalsasi and is assisted by Prof. Mahendra Gupta.
Placement :
Analysis and assessments of the students by using the psychometric tests when they join the institute followed by counseling sessions by experts.
Exposure to the students to various career options in Business Management by way of guest sessions by the professionals from the industry.
Grading of the students based on the competencies and performance.
Eligibility :
Graduates in any discipline with min. 50% marks in aggregate (40% in case of ST / SC / OBC from Maharashtra State) from a recognized University.
Selection Process :
Candidates must have appeared for any qualifying examination like CET / AIMCET / CAT / XAT / MAT / ATMA / JMET
