The success of training and placement cell is solely the out come of student's I.I.T. Triangle. Students are the centroid of this I.I.T. triangle, and they need environment conducive to actualize their inherent talent and get placed suitably in the society. The three vertices of I.I.T. triangle- Institute parameters (I), Industry liaisons (I) and Training & Placement Activities (T). Constitute the necessary environments for self actualization of students.
The three Prime parameters of an institute (I) are Excellent Infrastructure, (II) well equipped laboratories and (III) highly qualified team of faculty members.
