The university collaborates with the industry to provide consultancy and testing services for enhancing internal resources of new industries and business organizations. The university has developed a system of technical and management education which can respond to the changing requirements of technical manpower. Seminars, workshops, conferences, short-term training programs and special lecture series are organised in the University throughout the academic year. Students are encouraged to participate in sports and extra-curricular activities. Not declared fit to receive Central/UGC assistance under Section 12 (B) of the UGC Act-1956.
