It was with the above dream, mission, passion and vision that AIM was conceptualized and established under the aegis of Marwar Education Foundation, a registered non-profit charitable educational Society. AIM is a unique endeavour since it has been founded entirely by the academicians and management professionals (primarily the alumni and faculty of IIMs & IITs).
 
AIM is presently in the eleventh year of successful existence of sustained growth and progress. Looking at AIM’s affiliation with CAT conducted by IIMs within its first year itself, it being accorded “A++” Rating (Financial Express survey 2009) & “A” Rating (Business India survey 2003) and Ranked 1st in Rajasthan (Business Today survey 2002) & 50th in India (Outlook survey 2005) amongst the Best B-Schools, we are convinced that AIM is on the right path to shape up to be truly a top-ranking management institute for meeting the local and national needs. It has all been possible courtesy the association, guidance and support of a large number of individuals and organisations from all over India and abroad.
 
To begin with, AIM has been functioning from the spacious leased premises at Jodhpur since August 2000. Six years back we had purchased around 100 acres of private land in Jodhpur district where a large fully-residential campus is planned which would be a unique blend of modernity with heritage and tradition. The campus would have the most modern Infrastructural facilities and educational aids, while simultaneously providing a natural habitat with a lot of greenery suitable for classes in the open, water harvesting and use of non-conventional renewable energy sources.

MISSION
To act as a catalyst and facilitator for individuals and organizations to develop their full potential, achieve greater success and make increased contribution to the nation by providing them education, training and consultancy through pioneering initiatives and appropriate management tools, techniques & values.
 
VISION

We believe that the growth of any organization is derived from the growth of the people who constitute it. Therefore, for any organization to succeed and progress, people development should be of paramount importance and a core value.

People development is based on inculcating and imparting requisite management tools, techniques and values to the individuals, their teams and the organizations through education, training and consultancy.

The education, training and consultancy provided by us would be of the international standards but meant primarily for the local and national needs. For us, the essence of quality means consistent and continuous upgradation of people perspective (aptitude, attitude and awareness), skills (leadership and talent pool) and processes (systems and procedures) in the organizations.

To ensure that education, training and consultancy achieve the desired results these would be specific, relevant, timely, measurable/observable, result-oriented and as per the organizational requirements.

Our focus would be to infuse spirit of enterprise and develop people such that they are groomed to become either entrepreneurs (to set up and grow their own organizations) or intrapreneurs (to join and grow the employing organizations).
