Question :I am a graduate in comp engg. I am going to join IBM soon. My designation is Associate Software Engineer. In this respect, If I want to apply for MBA by taking every thing into consideration. So does my experience as a software engineer will count while going for an MBA . Please suggest.

It will be good for you , because having any good company work experience under your belt will definately help you to get into any respective B schools and will give you an exposure that you require to survive in corporate sector. As you are working as a software engineer , you can do your MBA and take Information system as your specilization. This will definately land you to a good job in a respective organization.
