Question :sir i dont have 60% in my 12 th ,if i score above 700 in GMAT,can i get admission in good foreign university and what type of problem faced dyring placement

Hi, Its good if you can score above 700 in GMAT. This will definately give you an edge over others. But do make sure , you check all the foreign universities before applying . If they dont require the good academic background then you can apply to those colleges. Good luck.
