Question :Hello. I am working as a manager in one good company. But the growth has been stagnant for year now. Kindly suggest me , whether should I switch my job or continue here for another year and wait for my growth.

As you are working as a manager in good company. You should stick to the perticular job now till the job apprasial happens and see how it goes for you. After that also if you dont get any salary hike or promotion then you can think of planning your move of switching the company.
