Outlook about way to raise quality education
As we know the concept Garbage IN Garbage OUT , first of all there should be threshold criteria for students to get a admission in any respective course yes APART from the donation. similarly faculty should have the concept knowledge in detail whether they ph.d or not its not the criteria.
My priorities
As in question itself there is a answer.According to the Top Priority i schedule time.stitch in time saves nine. similar for me First my family, then jobs, and then so called society.
My inspiring personality
Best Role model for me is my father Mr.A.R.Garg ,he is chartered Accountant in own practice from last 25 year....i learn one thing from him especially is DISCIPLINE and concentration is the key of success.
Most Challenges facing by students
sometime the attitude problem...somewhere down the line they thought the know each n everything....but ONE SHOULD FIRST UNLEARN SOMETHING TO LEARN SOMETHING.

1.Interaction with students about topic .
2. co-relate it with recent practice (PEST:political,economical,social,Techological...) study related to the respective topic.

First Gain Some corporate Experience atleast 5 years... Then ready to share your experience.
Favorite Non-Academic books
Good question. Book which based on Motivation or Developing EQ/IQ will help us to guide student esp. at the time of placement of students...otherwise it help us to give examples ,story....secondly for example Ramayana ,GITA, Mahabharata develop the students to enhance the decision making skills by understanding the strategy.

Well i worked with corporate as wellas Different Institute like IMS NOIDA, IME SAHIBABAD, NOW from last 5 years in GALGOTIAS INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT & TECHNOLOGY, GREATER NOIDA. Most rewarding is in Present institute where my director ,Hod .colleague praise me everytime. last year i won best Research paper presentation award in the management college. On the top of it MOST REWARDING MOMENT EVERYTIME FOR ME IS WHEN STUDENTS GOT THE GOOD PLACEMENT...

My father is CA, my mother is a homemaker, we belong to ghaziabad ,we are 3 sisters and one younger brother(CA). my mother never wants me to study but father is true inspirational for me.

Way to motivate Students
As i am gardener and students are like plants...its my first n foremost duty to look after them and analyse what are there keys area of strength and weakness . then brush them up with guidance and telling them the market opportunity ,prepare them for corporate readiness.
