Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I am a proud daughter of an Exe- Army Officer with high ambitions to grow and show the world what an Indian Villager can really do to change the mentality of many against girls education.
I am not an extra ordinary person and do just what I feel is right, which I learnt from my parents.
Plans For The Future:
I believe in Short term and long term plans and as a part of my short term plan, I would like to work for an organization where I play a Key , Multi- Activity role utilizing my skills and network. Long Term, I definitely see myself being a Chief marketing & Communication officer of a leading brand.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Change is life and I believe, Why not me be the steering person to change the odds to even. I have always seen a positive change in the organizations wherever I have worked. I have Observed the professional Improvements everywhere leading to flawless systems with innovative tweaking.

I have started my career as a marketing professionals and groomed myself with activities over activities and found that now I can fit in anywhere, any Role and Industry being playing multiple roles in Marketing , Online & Offline marketing PR, SMM,Branding & More

My role Model is Mr. Narayanmurthy, because the day he decided to Become what he is now and the journey he have covered, always motivates me to look for success after failures and choosing the right and smart pathway.

I ensure the my brand is loud enough for my TGs to hear and react on. I am a communicator and utilizes all the possible media be it print, Digital, PR, Events, CRM, Social Media or any creatives to be available for my clients to know whats happening in my organization.
Advice For New Professionals:
I would suggest that if you start enjoying your work, thats the moment which ensures that you are going to become a successful professional.and the most important thing to be remembered is skills can be taught but not attitude, so keep your attitude right & work towards to achieve the ultimate goal.

No, because after certain level its only work experience that matters.
Working Life Management:
I don't have to balance between work and life, as I see both are on the same side. I feels attending a review meeting for me is as important as spending time with my family. When I am at work , I completely enjoy it and when I am at home I become a home maker.
Done Differently:
I would add more training on the marketing trends followed cross boarders and automation of activities.
Career Profile:
I have handled more of marketing, events and branding role with little Communication and everything print media, now its the world of digitalization , so I have added more communications skills.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
After one of the products launch, we have created a mastery of 65% ROA and 45% ROI, PR and media Coverages which had uplifted my brand.
Growth Strategy:
I keep myself updated with the hit activities followed by marketers in US and keep learning about new ways of marketing and communication.
