Thoughts on Education system of our country
Education system in India is going commercial and also the values of education is not fulfilled. I wish we need to involve more in practical oriented, instead insisting the students just read and finish their final exams.
My role model
Dr. TSR Pakalapati.

According to Joel Kurtzman in his book "Common Purpose" there are three types of managers; strategic manager, operation manager and bridge manager. And Dr.TSR Pakalapati with no doubt is real strategic manager... He is the one you will be confident will lead the origination or department to phenomenal success and achievements...

He is the leader that establish strong relationship with his employees combined with strong capability to double their performance and effort to achieve more out of limits. For me Dr.TSR Pakalapati is management school by himself preparing leaders in day to day activities...

Dr.TSR Pakalapati is a good coach, Empowers the team and he does not micromanage, He expresses interest / concern for team member's success, personal wellbeing, productive, results-orientated, a good communicator – listens and shares information. He helps with career development, He has a clear vision / strategy for the team.I really missed working for him.
