I started my career in pharma industry and then worked in various organisations including Hewlett Packard, Infosys Technologies, and OnMobile Global Limited.I have handled all dimensions of HR in these organisations and as an entrepreuner have consulted with and impacted more than 50 organizations, across industry verticals.I have worked in the HR domain for 20 years.

I would dedicate more time to developing rounded leadership capabilities from day 1.

Being an entrepreneur and managing an organisation is vastly different from being a member of the HR team in organisations.The current role demands an ability to blend sales, finance, marketing and HR domain and be able to build a team.Our journey at Transcendix has been a fascinating journey of fun and growth.
