Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I am the only son my father is the GOVT services RTD in education,Mother is House wife.Married and one baby Boy of age 3yrs
Advice For New Professionals:
My best advice to all is go on basic.Do work like worship, try to listen more and use the skill to learn fast in current challenging environment.Always keep 3rd eye open to judge the wright/wrong things around you.Use empathy in team handling.Try to be focused on your goal.
Job Profile:
I am Business Planner, Roll out specialist, Good negotiator,In depth Knowledge of Indian Telecom Market and Direct experience of Retail market.
I am working as Business Head.Taking care of Operators,Modern Retail chain,Handset Vendors and Controlling Enterprises sales team.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
After I join, Ryatech got full fledged exposure to Telcos VAS node business to India and APAC region,Alliance with Handset OEM,APPS platform like FLLPY,Cellmenia etc.Business got 3 fold up.
Done Differently:
I would have join same domain but would have chosen the big Brand on my profile on first job change to have bigger challenge and more professional approach in work environment.Good leader makes thing better and brighter.It helps in setting personal goal to high standard.
The Journey So Far:
It's been fantastic what looks now but in reality it was very stress full through out as I always join the new product/Service to market against the big name and fame,however the opportunity was very high to experiment as market was quite open.Best part is that I have been always around the consumer

International business alliance with Telco's,Participation on CDMA Conference held at Bejing in 2008,Partnership with Infosys.
Other Thoughts:
I love Challenging Job because it gives me actual pleasure once I achieve it.
Career Profile:
In current role I have Four vertical to handle,1.VAS solution to operators 2.APPS to Handset OEM,3.APPS alliance, and 4.Enterprises Solution sales Direct/Indirect. Previously I was looking for product sales through Dealer /Distributor and Operator alliance.
Plans For The Future:
I want to be more inclined towards consumer market through Telecom Operators to India and APAC region.

Steve Job is my Role Model, He made the computer personal, and the smartphone fun,He always bring the thing as per the customer acceptance.
